Festival Niepokalana 2025

Two Goya Producciones Documentaries Awarded at the 2025 Niepokalana Festival

Goya Producciones celebrates another international success. During the closing ceremony of the 2025 Niepokalana Festival, held yesterday in Warsaw, two of its documentaries were recognized by the jury in the Dramatized Documentary category, further consolidating the Spanish production company’s track record in value-driven cinema.

The documentary Guadalupe: Mother of Humanity, directed by Andrés Garrigó, won second prize in the category. This production, which traces the history and universal message of Our Lady of Guadalupe, has moved thousands of viewers worldwide and continues to expand its international reach.

Meanwhile, the documentary A Father´s Heart, which explores the figure of St. Joseph and his role as a model of fatherhood, received a special mention from the jury, highlighting its depth and narrative sensitivity.

“We are deeply grateful for this international recognition, which encourages us to keep creating films that inspire and transform lives,”
said Andrés Garrigó, director and founder of Goya Producciones, during the ceremony.
