A marvel of the Mudejar

UNESCO has declared the cathedral of Teruel a world heritage site, recognizing the incalculable value of its tower and roof. The cathedral of the last Spanish provincial capital is the first in the world of mudejar art.

The recent restoration of the coffered ceiling, damaged in the Civil War, enables us to discover the incredible building techniques of the Mozarab craftsmen. The documentary shows hundreds of images painted in the 13th century which form a lively microcosm of life in medieval Spain. An treasure unknown until now.
