Rediscovered medieval works of art seen more clearly than ever
A wonderful tour of Spain shows us the new faces of its old cathedrals, made more beautiful by new lighting. Now we can see treasures of art whose medieval creators never dreamed of seeing so clearly.
This program presents seven examples of cathedrals of different styles, lit thanks to the most modern technology. The selected cathedrals are in Astorga, Jaca, Seo de Urgel, Córdoba, Granada and Teruel. To these we add the youngest of all: the Almudena in Madrid recently finished.
