POVEDA llegó a Palencia de la mano de Pablo Moreno y Raúl Escudero, palentino de nacimiento. Nos hacía especial ilusión hacer una premiere especial en dicho lugar puesto que parte del reparto viven allí o tienen sangre palentina, como Carlos Pinedo o Roberto Chapu, entre otros muchos, sin olvidar al protagonista como ya hemos mencionado y Óscar Martín Leanizbarrutia, compositor de POVEDA. A la premiere asistió el Alcalde de Palencia, D. Alfonso Polanco.
